[TWIAR] WOKIE Satellite Move Completed

This Week in Amateur Radio International
satellite affiliates...

I just received word that the W0KIE Satellite
Radio Network has completed its transition from
AMC-7 to its new home on Intelsat America - 6
(Telstar 6). The new satellite coordinates are 93
degrees west.

W0KIE is on transponder 1 (3270) Vertical. The
new sub-carrier frequencies will be 6.8 right, 6.2 left
wideband stereo.

Please note that the polarity of the  transponders on
this satellite are "flipped" with respect to our previous
location on AMC-7.

Playback days and times for TWIAR and TWIARi
will remain unchanged.

Please make the appropriate adjustments to your
receiving equipment to stay up to date with This Week
in Amateur Radio.
