To all This Week in Amateur Radio Affiliates

It appears at press time (Thursday evening December 23rd)
that the W0KIE Satellite Radio Network will not be going
dark as of January 1st 2005, as was originally announced.

Although this is not cast in stone as of now, the network
believes that it will remain on its current satellite and
transponder allocation through 2005.

Please stay tuned for further developments.  I still
recommend that all satellite affiliates prepare for alternate
procurement of This Week in Amateur Radio, either via download
at our web site, or via telephone dial-up at 810-433-6835.

I will let you know of any changes as soon as possible.
