This weeks new edition of This Week in Amateur Radio
has been uploaded to our turn-around site, and is awaiting
Dale's posting to the web site so all of you can get it.

Please visit the web site when you have a chance.
We have added advertising (by Google Adsense) in hopes
it can provide a little funding for the service which has
been seriously lacking during the past few months.

As of now, our fund balance is a big zip. We have no
funds to pay this months up coming expenses.   The
advertising on the web page may provide us with a few
dollars here and there, but our primary source of keeping
amateur radios most up to the minute and wider variety
news magazine on the air.  Please bear in mind that the
staff and crew here cannot afford out of pocket expenses
to keep TWIAR going. We depend on you.

As the effort put forth in securing advertising on the web page
illustrates, we are trying to follow every path we can to keep the
service afloat.  The expenses we occur include our monthly
telephone expense, internet access, and of course, our web
page hosting and bandwidth bill.  Having our service distributed
via the W0KIE Satellite Network on C-Band is still free to us.

We'll try to stick it out as long as we can, put if funding to keep
TWIAR going doesn't arrive soon, we'll have no choice but to close
up shop.  Remember,  all of us involved with producing TWIAR each
week, do it as a labor of love. Our way of "giving back" to the amateur
radio hobby (service).
