USGOV sources are indicating that an ANOTHER INCREASE in the national threat
condition, as defined by the Homeland Security Advisory System, is currently
under serious consideration.

So, be advised that while NO FORMAL NOTICE OF CHANGE HAS BEEN ISSUED, one
may be forthcoming, which means the banners on your page might change color
to RED (SEVERE).

If and when an actual change is announced, you will be immediately notified.
Banner graphics for those using custom implimentations will be sent at this
time as well.
