[TWIAR] TWIAR #521 to be delayed

Due to the ice storm in New York, the audio for This Week in Amateur Radio
will not be uploaded to the web site until Sunday, given that power is
restored to George Bowen's home.

Therefore, it will not be available for live airing on Saturday night at 9PM
ET on the W0KIE satellite radio network (AMC-7, Transponder 5, 7.5 MHz
wideband audio) and alternate programming may be in its place, which could
include music, so if your repeater airs TWIAR via automatic control, please
make necessary arrangements to override the automatic settings.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  Once we have the audio uploaded, we
will let everyone know via the mailing list, TWIAR ticker, and web site
announcement.
