Just as an experiment, I have made an adjustment to the website at
www.twiar.org.
I trimmed the top frame so that the top is not so dominant over the content
of the rest of the site. That is more or less permanent.
I also, as an experiment, changed the background of the home page only to
show the satellite logo in the background. the coloring is different, and
hopefully it does not clash with the text too badly. If it meets with
approval I will change the background on some but not all of the pages.
If you use IE, the background is stationary, however if you are using
Netscape or Opera, the background does scroll.
Let me know what you think. If you like it, if its the greatest thing since
sliced bread, if its difficult to read, looks funny, or just plain sucks,
lemme know.
