[TWIAR] Unsubscribes

Gang, youre all going to get an unsubscribe message.  In my stupidity I
ported over the entire SKYWARN QTH list (which I also admin) and in the
moderation options it was easier to unsubscribe everyone and then
resubscribe the ones that have been here already.  Fortunately the old
majordomo list was still able to present me with a list of subscribers, or
Id have been royally scuh-rewed.

So sorry for the cornfusion.  You should all be getting this message if I
did it correctly.
