Just an advisory that I have updated the affiliates page with a redone form
for submitting affiliates.  I wasnt aware until recently that the affiliates
form was not working.  Not sure if anyone else may have been skipped over
but I'll see that it doesnt happen again for now.

Please check out the "Affiliates" page on www.twiar.org and if you notice a
discrepancy please email me back ASAP.
