[TVI-RFI-EMI] Part15 device frequencies

That's just the begining, Part 15 frequencies cover roughly DC to
upper-Daylight.  Check out Part 15, all the frequencies, powers, et cetera
is right there!  I have one type of remote, and about twenty of them, the
frequency range is variable from about 200 - 400 MHz.
