[TVI-RFI-EMI] CFL, other problems in the shack.

A lot of us have CFL's and computer sin the shack.  A lot of us have optical
computer mice...

One problem I noticed it that all CFL's I have used have caused all my
optical computer mice to get jammed to the point they don't function and
sometimes cause the pointer to creep.  Placing my hand over the mouse and
blocking the light prevents the problem.  I had considered painting the
underside of the top portion of the mouse case black, but finally decided,
that with the harsh, unrealistic and slowly diminishing light provided by
the
CFL in conjuction with it causing problems to optical systems in the shack,
I decided to remove all CFL's.
