Perhaps it's different today.
I always thought any "telepathy" cable TV signal is inside the cable 
where it belongs. If RF ingress/leakage is happening, that should be 
faulty connectors, or jumper cables by homeowner.
 
This is what me was taught. I used to be a licensed tellie service tech 
but retired almost 15 years ago. I don't think "telepathy" cable TV 
changed THAT much.  Has it?

(I never used any "telepathy" cable TV service and probably never will)
