Subject: [TVI-RFI-EMI] "Wired Science" on RFI

This week's PBS program "Wired Science" has a segment on the RF 'quiet zone'
in Virginia/West Virginia where RFI isn't allowed, in order to protect radio
astronomy and other sensitive operations in that area. (Don't ya wish we
could all live in places like that? Except that your ability to transmit
would be rather limited.)

The program's website is
    <http://www.pbs.org/kcet/wiredscience/>
or go to
    <http://www.pbs.org/kcet/wiredscience/story/105-the_quiet_zone.html>
to watch the video online.

Or check your local PBS listings.

Andy
