Hello: The TV channel 46 is 6 MHz wide from 662 to 668 Mhz.I am 
thinking your interference is coming from the UHF military
band..The frequency spread from 331 to 334 Mhz has its second 
harmonic in the middle of UHF channel 46. Is there a mil-
tary installation or base nearby where this fellow lives? That would 
be a start.
