[TVI-RFI-EMI] 40 meters knocks out my wx station

I'm a CWOP and have a Davis Wireless WX station on the roof of my garage.
(see below URL's)

My 40 meter dipole ends near the wireless station.
The wireless wx data transmits to a Display console in the first floor of the house, and
is plugged into a wall outlet with a wall wart for power.
(I keep the display console on the first floor as it also serves as a wind speed alarm
device).
Wall wart has torroids around the power cable to the display console.

>From the console is a USB adapter/cable which goes downstairs (immediately below the
console) to my ham shack and is plugged into a Dell computer.
That cable also has numerous clamp on torroids.

If I operate 1000 watts output on 40 meters, the Weatherlink Software which is recording
the data from the wireless>console>computer looses connection.
I must unplug the USB connector and reinsert it for the computer software to read the data
from the console and then transmit the data to NOAA.

I've tried rerouting cables, torroids, I placed a USB hub in line hoping the rf would be
blocked, all to no avail.
Computer goes through a UPS for AC power.

Emails & calls to Davis Weather Instruments go unanswered or when I do get through, they
have no advice.

While this isn't the biggest deal, on time delivery of wx stats to NOAA does help improve
'module accuracy'.
So I would like fix this problem as every once in a while I forget and don't notice that I
haven't sent any data for a few hours.

Anybody have a suggestion?
