[TVI-RFI-EMI] RFI from florescent lights

Based on your limited information,

The noise your hear on the radio (if it's hash) is RF generated from 
the florescent lights, thats why chokes don't work. It's not going 
over the power line, it's being radiated from light fixture.
Check ballast. That produces continuous hash noise.

The birdies and squeals could be coming from something else in the 
camper that is related. (PC monitor, network cable, TV, inverter 
(power source) or something electronic-control)
