[TVI-RFI-EMI] RF in tv antenna

You didn't say where the TV antenna is located at or if it is indoor or 
outdoor.If you can move it,I
would suggest you move to the back of house away from the street.Car 
ignition systems are
notorious for producing noise, especially at channels 2 through 6.You might 
also try the noise
suppression filters sold at radio dealers ,such as Radio Shack.
