[TVI-RFI-EMI] Interference from television

Hello, new to this list.

I have interference on 20 meters from one of my neighbor's TV sets. The 
interference is spaced across the band at the horizontal scan frequency, I 
think it's 15,750 Hz. It's particularly aggravating because it interferes 
with 14.300 MHz, the maritime mobile net frequency which I monitor a good bit 
of the time. Can anything be done on my end to suppress this?

Also I can hear signals from my own VCR(s) at approximately 14.318 MHz. Has 
anyone else noticed this from their VCR?
