[TVI-RFI-EMI] tel/modem interference

Assuming, of course, that this new source of RFI
doesn't get cured - which is what I'd try first.

I had interference on my modem line and traced
it to the Sony laptop that I purchased for my wife.
It generated junk on the line any time it was
connected, even when it was powered off.
