[TVI-RFI-EMI] Quiet light dimmers?

Some are labeled as RF-quiet, some not.  I had to replace a very noisy
one and opted for a medium-price model, though I do not recall the
mfgr. or model.  What I used was 100% quiet, compared to the cheap
model that broadcast noise for 20+ feet in every direction!

The quality of the materials used and the larger size contact area are
said to be important factors -- the latter due to avoid sparking and
to minimize the impact of contaminants on the surface.
