If I can add to Kym’s comments about operating from home:

The rules specify a max of 100W for class D (home) and E (home w/emergency power). If you use your amp, I’m thinking that your score won’t count.
And since you’re only running 100W, your power multiplier will be 2 (unless QRP).
You can get another 100-point bonus by using emergency power – so if you have a battery that you use for POTA, hook that up.

You can use phone, digital or CW. If using phone, use your cell phone to record message.

You will need to have message typed out to submit to ARRL.
