Hi Ed.  A few have worked the elusive 3Y0K DXpedition - W9EAA on 15 CW, K2PS on 12 FT8, Ralph, Dennis and I on 40 FT8.  Signals on 40M were quite good last night.  I chased them for six hours with sigs ranging from -11 to 0.  I use HamAlert for current spots. It is customizable to the point where you can ask for only 3Y0K alerts.  PSK Reporter is also a good source.  Other than that, it just takes a lot of patience - AND LUCK.
