Good morning...
I've been advised that several members have picked up their shirts
and received shirts that were ordered correctly, but the incorrect
size was delivered.
Some members did not pick up shirts at Moyer Rec Center yesterday
morning and as stated previously, I'll have those at tonight's TVARC
meeting.
If you have the size issue, please send me an email directly with what
you ordered and what you got.
As soon as I know the scope of the problem, I'll reach out to the vendor
for some sort of resolution.
If your shirt is wrong, do not discard it, I may need it to work out the
problem with the vendor.
Please know that this problem WILL be resolved at no further expense
to you or TVARC. I know that if this problem affects you, that you
are disappointed that you can't wear your shirt tonight. But wear
yellow anyway!
Note, however, this only applies to shirts that were ordered correctly,
but were produced incorrectly. If you ordered a medium and you really
needed an extra large...and received a medium...I'm sorry, but you
shouldn't expect a free replacment.
