In my portion of the POTA presentation, I showed how I use an Excel spreadsheet to identify POTA sites to activate.  I mentioned that I would not discuss the details of creating such a spreadsheet(s) but promised that if anyone is interested, I'd hold a session at a TV rec center to show how to create it.
