Steve offers a good alternative for when band conditions aren't good, or when partners can't find a common frequency.

Here's how:
- get one of these key-to-usb adapters: at https://hamradio.solutions/vband/ ---> click the STORE tab
- plug into a USB port and go to VBAND: https://hamradio.solutions/vband/
- select a channel and make QSOs

Mike and Becky offer a fine intro (and lots of other CW learning stuff too): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ciJR-hEyA8

I like the idea but it probably had to be done on the web, especially the way the bands have been lately.

I'm interested in this as well.

Please keep me posted and in the email chain if you pick times to get on. I'm very rusty and would benefit from the practice.

Hello Dave,

I would be glad to qso with you on 2m cw.  Pick a day and time.  I am tied up on Monday and Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings but available most other times..

I suggest 144.090 as a frequency.  I can handle either vertical or horizontal polarization but would prefer vertical.

I am also learning cw.  I'm at 12-15 wpm.  Would like to find others who want to ragchew for practice.

20m is problematic to hear each other.

I can tx on 2m so possibly we can set up local chat.

Let me know if interested.
