The January issue of QST NFL has a nice article about Leon Jurcyszyn K8ZAG who is a 15 year plus TVARC member. Leon was recognized for his decade of service to MERT and the Marion County Division of Emergency Management for his support, leadership and Elmering dozens of MERT members and hams in this area.
