Dear Mr. Briggs,
Some time ago, I bought an off center fed 40 meter dipole antenna which I have no use for. It wasn’t expensive.  Do you think anyone in your club would like to have it?
I would be happy to donate it.
However if you think there would be no desire among your members, I will throw it in the trash.
