Sorry for my delay in getting this out. Monday was a tough day for me. Feeling better today,

Things did not get off to the start Pete, K2PS,  and I hoped for.. Before I left Ocala I thought I checked the rig out fully and headed to K2PS QTH in The Villages.Without my permission, Microsoft installed an update that seemed to  result in loss of audio we listen to. Also, we seemed to be having tuning problems with the Hustler mobile antennas. We immediately had issues with the IBM Thinkpad  notebook not holding a charge and shutting down. Unable to fix the problem, we headed back to Ocala and switched to the Acer notebook I had been using as a backup. Got it configured and finally got off to a start. The rig is a Flex 6400 running 100 watts to a mag mounted 4 foot mast  with Hustler mobile antennas for 40, 20, and 15 horizontally mounted. Things went reasonably well until Sunday afternoon when the Acer started shutting down. We finally gave up and headed back to K2PS QTH in The Villages.  The apparent problem is a power issue for the notebook.
