I know a ham in a Florida-HOA community that was forced to remove his outdoor antenna(s) by his HOA.  He then asked his HOA for permission to install a flagpole and that request was denied.

I recall that there is a US Federal law that prohibits HOAs from banning flagpoles.

If that is the case, I'd appreciate it if someone could give me the specific US Federal statute(s) that prohibit HOAs from banning flagpoles.
