All TVARC Members,

Our annual Public Awareness Event at Lake Sumter Landing Square is taking place on Saturday, Nov. 18th from 9AM until 2:30PM.

Historically this has been an important event for our club which has attracted new members, and has increased public awareness about the importance of Amateur Radio in The Villages.

We will be operating one station on FT8, and another that can operate on Single Side Band or on CW, based on the choice of the operator.

Please stop by and operate, and please wear your club shirts and hats.

We also need your help to volunteer to come early and help us setup between 7:30AM and 8:30AM.

The following signup list shows items that we need people to volunteer and bring to Lake Sumter Landing for our use during this event.

Please respond to this email if there are items on the list that you would be willing to bring early on Saturday morning.
