Rich succeeded me as president of TVARC in 2015. It was a privilege to spend some quality time with him during the transition. Rich was still working from home at that time, but it didn't keep him from jumping into the TVARC mission with both feet.

When he moved to Ocala a couple of years ago, he quickly became a mainstay in the Silver Springs Radio Club VE activity for the short time he was with us.

He will surely be missed.
