Bob,
We lived in TV from 2011 to 2016 and I initially tried to put wires in the attic, but I was never comfortable messing around with that approach. I ended up having good results with a 6BTV, 6 band trapped vertical,  mounted on a tilt over base encased in pvc beside the #3 tee box of El Diablio in Santo Domingo, with an SGC 230 automatic tuner at the base. This covered 80-10 meters including 30. This was specifically approved by TV and I flew the American and Air Force flags atop it every day. I had about 30 radials of varying lengths on the ground,  including a couple of long ones to the front of the house. I worked lots of contests and cw nets and was an active member of CWT. John, NP2B, recommends  a  different flagpole antenna  with an automatic tuner at the base that a number of hams in TV have found successful.
Of course it didn't match the one acre antenna farm N4GL and I now have on Ocala, but that is another story. Give me a call if you have questions.
