Tnx Steve.  Whether it is F/H or MSHV, the operators need to follow the standard signal report with "RR73" for a completed contact.  Case in point is the current T30UN station.  I have worked them where I received a strong report but they were about -18 or weaker.  Because I did not get an "RR73", I continued to repeat my report several times before giving up.  I did try to work T30UN again when he was weak, getting a strong report but then he faded out.  Later on, I saw a post complaining about no "RR73" being observed from T30UN for several stations he answered.

I recently logged into Club Log and searched for T30UN.  I was surprised to find four contacts with me on 20 meters.  Apparently, I was sent a report for each repeat call I made but I did not get any decode.  Finally, I found him on 30 meters operating FT4 this morning.  This time he was strong enough to decode and I got an 'RR73".  Maybe they finally got the message.
