You may be interested in a new flavor of a remote control software product for certain ICOM transceivers.  Just recently, Marcus Roskosch (DL8MRE) released an iPhone (Apple iOS) version of his excellent software, called “SDR-Control,” which allows you to remotely operate certain ICOM amateur (ham) transceivers from anywhere.  I’ve been using, and highly recommend, his other versions of SDR-Control”, which run on Apple iPads (iPadOS) and Apple Mac computers (Mac OS).
