Thanks to Don, WB4CKI for
announcing the VU7 on the
TVARC spotting net. There
was what appeared to be
something that we are seeing
more of - that being "DQRM"
or deliberate interference.
The folks on Bouvet had problems
with it and now I think we are
seeing it on the VU7 dxpedition.
Fortunately the band conditions
were so good that Jeanette was
able to make it thru, although it took
her 4 tries to do it.
I was fortunate enough to get them
before the DQRM started.
I hope this is not an omen of
things to come.
