Fellow TVARC'ers
This year I did jump in with 'both feet'.
353 contacts (actually 355, 2 were dups).

I first worked JT1CO in 2003 from NY (I have his QSL card).
I worked him again on Saturday morning, on 20 meters.
At least one new one from FL (and that's the only new one).

I was surprised to hear stations sending 'ENN' for the RST.
Have not heard that before, but I guess everyone wants to lessen contact time.
At least I did not hear anyone send 'ETT' for their 500 watt power.

I used our beloved F2 and F4 during the entire contest.
I only used the paddle to send dit-dit to stations who sent it.
I guess I can program that into N1MM if I wanted.
I cannot reliably send with a paddle over 22 wpm. I had N1MM set at 25 wpm.

I was able to copy all callsigns easily EXCEPT for F6FYA and 2 others.
It took me a long time to get F6FYA's callsign, he was flying!

I did hear many stations reply much slower (maybe 13-15 wpm) than the CQing station.
Some made the contact and others seemed to be ignored.

All-in-all, it was fun, the best score I have had from FL.
