Hi folks,

I have a Yaesu FT897 which I have had

for years and use primarily on VHF & UHF.

Years ago, I had it set up so I could use it

on FT-8 with the Yaesu data cable and a

Signalink interface. I decided to try it out

today and it doesn't work. Now, the Windows

operating system has been thru so many

upgrades, I don't know if the chipset in my

data cable is compatible with my Windows 10

computer.

If anyone is using the FT-897 with a Yaesu

data cable (not the audio or packet cable)

and Windows 10, I would like for you to try

my data cable to ascertain if my chipset is

operational with a reasonably current version

of Windows 10.
