Lots of fun with a short contest duration (10 hrs max for single ops) and an active contest (can work the same station on each band). Only worked two other TVARCers: Rusty (aka Ellen), W3US and Pete, K2PS. Never bumped into any other TVARCers. Operated from the coldest room in my house which brought back contesting memories from Minnesota – I had to put on a light jacket and vest to keep warm. Never expected to feel “cold” in FL.
