TVARC members,

The long-awaited TVARC Holiday Party is this evening, at the Eisenhower Recreation Center, beginning at 6:00PM and running ‘til 8-ish.

Turkey/ham dinner will be catered by Bob Evans, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.  Feel free to bring your own wine or beer.

There are still a handful of spots remaining, so if you’d like to attend, and you haven’t yet signed up, go to www.k4vrc.com and select the link for the holiday party.

NOTE:  We only need 5 people to set up the room.  If you are one of the 5 people who volunteered in person at the November TVARC meeting, please show up between 5:00 and 5:15.

If you did not sign up in person in November, you will not be needed to set up the tables – even if you clicked yes when you did Punchbowl.  We are sorry for leaving that confusing question in

Punchbowl, but it is what it is.  Thank you for being willing to set up, but we have the help we need.
