Yesterday, I submitted a brief e-mail to that Contest Manager regarding the scoring of that contest (actually the discrepancy in scores between the ARRL’s “robot” and some contest logging programs, like RUMlogNG. Today, I received a cordial reply from him. So, your input to him should be acknowledged and taken into consideration.
