Sounds as if you do understand. Maybe I the controls set wrong. Here’s what mine looks like:

If I understand your issue, I can get my "WSJT-X Wide-Graph" band display down to 100 using the controls for the graph. I saw a Russian station down there working a US station. I now see a station centered at 150. Perhaps I don't understand your issue.

So I inspected a bit further and noticed that while the station was transmitting at an unusual 100 offset, my Rx arrow in the waterfall was set at 200. I was unable to type in his frequency manually. The lowest it will go is 200. Yet I see his activity on the left side Band Activity list.
Anyone have a solution for this? I know I could set my frequency to something lower than 14.074, but maybe there’s a simpler solution?
