Robert, 9N1AA just showed up on 20m FT8 a few minutes ago.  He is fairly
strong at -12 to -14 dB and is working stateside.  His grayline is about
0010Z so this may be the best enhancement of his signal.  (Sunspot
activity has picked up so that helps.)
