Hi Rich, and others who have suggested bringing QSTs to Radio Rodeo,
We have promotional material from ARRL stored in our locker, and we will put that out on our Ambassador table. So please don’t bring a bunch of QSTs, or CQ magazines, etc.
Thanks,
George K2DM

Should we bring some back issues of QST magazine to hand out to interested passerby’s at the information table? I have 2 recent issues of QST and an HRO catalog I can contribute.

Subject: [TVARC] Radio Rodeo - Draft list of equipment volunteers
TVARC Members,
My thanks to all of you who participated in the discussion of Radio Rodeo at the March TVARC meeting. Lots of good ideas and lots of volunteers!
The action was fast, but K3ALP (Paul) and I did our best to get down all the items that members volunteered to bring to the event. I have attached a draft of the list. Please send an email to me with any corrections and additions, or to volunteer to bring an item that has no name next to it on the list.
FYI, through the efforts of Mike (KM4ZTE), there have already been spot announcements of the event on WVLG! And Doug (AD4MO) is working on getting info to local schools. Things are moving along!
