I listened to a Canadian psychopath today (12-21-2021) on 14.313. His name is Karol Moderna. He believes that 14.313 is his frequency. He is a complete psychopath with extreme mental health issues. He hates Americans and most people. He has a foul mouth. If you hear him on the air, avoid at all expense. Do not engage or even try to engage. He is severely deranged and loves to hear himself talk! He is located in British Columbia. He has severe mental health issues!
