Congratulations to Ken and Dennis for their individual accomplishments, and to everyone who has made SKCC contacts using the club’s callsign, K4VRC, including Bob and Doug this weekend.
This was a big weekend on the air for a number of TVARC members what with the ARRL10M contest and the SKCC Weekend Sprint. It just goes to show what fun we can have on the air even without sunspots.

Perseverance pays off, Ken Kaplan, WB2ART, achieved SKCC T x 8 this weekend. This a major milestone as he is within 200 more contacts of becoming a Senator. That will go well with his responsibilities of Manager of the Weekend Sprintathon  event.

 

Congratulations to Dennis, N0SMX for achieving T x 5. Dennis is well on his way to his T x 8 and then the final run to Senator.

 

Additionally, K3ZGA and Doug, K1CTR moved K4VRC to the T x 4 level this past weekend.
