[TVARC] FIELD DAY - Fox Hunt

FIELD DAY is coming up fast!
Fox hunting is a new addition to field day.

What is it? Hide and seek with a handheld radio. So bring your baofeng or favorite radio.

Come join us on Saturday, June 27th at 11am!

Start Location: Eisenhower Rec Center at trailer in parking lot. Look for our yellow tent and the big Sherrifs trailer. We are starting just outside the trailer.

Fox will be transmitting at 145.575!

Bring your handheld with a whip antenna! If you've done this before, bring your handheld yagi!

This is a small walkable Fox hunt that we are doing to introduce Fox Hunting to our members. Cars or golf carts are not part of this fox hunt.

Before you begin, there will be instructions. So don't worry if you have never done before. If you want to make a team, that's encouraged.
