[TVARC] Windows Update and USB CODEC

I'll share my misery to help you if you encounter the same thing.  My Windows 11 machine restarted after an "update" on Monday.  Today, while working on FT8, I noted a very strong interference pattern on the WSJT waterfall, on all bands.  After a couple of hours of frustrating troubleshooting, I isolated the problem to the USB CODEC driver.  It was updated to allow "sound enhancements" for Windows and was turned on.  I turned off the sound enhancements feature, and the issue seems to be resolved.
