[TVARC] DX Opportunity

The KP5/NP3VI DXpedition has announced that today (starting 7A through 7P)
will be devoted to giving hams who have never worked Desecheo Island the
best chance of adding it to their TVARC DXCC totals.  (I just threw in the
"TVARC" part - it's open to all!)  They've announced that they will be on
SSB (we missed the FT8 period, which was earlier today), and in the General
portions of the bands the whole time.
