[TVARC] Vertical/flag pole for tiny lot

When brother-in-law passed a couple years ago, I asked my wife how she
would feel about my applying for it under the
FCC family & relatives provisions, after giving it some thought she
approved it.
I had had an 8 call previously, WN8WIM & WB8WIM in Michigan in the 70's.
