Ah, yes.  Shades of the Turbo-encabular also introduced on April 1.
Key details about the turbo encabulator:   
   - Purpose: It is designed to automatically synchronize cardinal grammeters and reduce "sinusoidal repleneration" through the interaction of magneto-reluctance and capacitive directance.
Components: The device typically features a base plate of prefabulated amulite, a malleable logarithmic casing, and a panometric fan, designed to prevent "side fumbling".
