[TVARC] Heathkit HD-8999 CW Keyboard

A few months ago, Mike, KL7HIM gave me a Heathkit HD-899 CW Keyboard. It is
working and has the power supply and complete manual.
It is a bit large for my desk plus I already have 3 paddles taking up space.

It also has a practice mode which may be useful for someone learning morse.
